CKI Holdings (01038.HK) has applied for a secondary listing on the London Stock Exchange.
CKI Holdings (01038.HK) announced on August 14 that the company has applied to the UK Financial Conduct Authority for approval to list all of its issued shares as equity securities on the official list of the Financial Conduct Authority, under the category of international commercial companies (secondary listing), and has also applied to the London Stock Exchange plc for approval to trade the shares on the main board market of the London Stock Exchange. The company is currently listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
