Bradaverse Education Group's Subsidiary to Cooperate for AI-enabled Enhanced Educational System

bdv edu intl (01082.HK) has entered into a cooperation agreement and supplementary agreement with Hera Science and Technology.

On October 23, Gu Longhui announced that in order to cooperate with the group's strategy of developing its domestic ai and digital education business, on August 26, 2024 and on October 22, 2024, one of the company's subsidiaries, High Vision Creative Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd., signed cooperation agreements and supplementary agreements with Shenzhen Heyang Innovation Co., Ltd. (Heyang Innovation) to establish a cooperation framework for promoting ai-enabled educational reform and innovation and high-end vocational training business. According to the cooperation agreement, both parties will cooperate in jointly developing, promoting, and selling educational products.
