On December 19, Gelonghui reported that TG SMART ENERGY (01083.HK) announced that on December 19, 2024, the buyer (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a transfer agreement with the seller to acquire 55% of the equity in the target company, Changzhou Gangneng Invest Smart Energy Co., Ltd., from the seller for 57.1369 million yuan. It is understood that the target company is a limited liability company established in China, with the seller holding 55% interest and Changzhou Ganghua Gas holding 45% interest.
