ROAD KING INFRA (01098.HK) has signed contracts worth 11.885 billion yuan in 2024.
On February 21, Gelonghui reported that ROAD KING INFRA (01098.HK) announced that as of December 31, 2024, the group had signed contracts amounting to 11.885 billion yuan. Together with the unconverted contract value of 0.577 billion yuan, the group's total property sales for the year amounted to 12.462 billion yuan, a decrease of approximately 55% compared to the data from December 31, 2023. As of December 31, 2024, toll revenue from highway projects was 2.44 billion Hong Kong dollars (of which 0.675 billion Hong Kong dollars was from domestic sources and 1.765 billion Hong Kong dollars was from Indonesia). Revenue saw a significant decline.
