MAINLAND HOLD: ANNOUNCEMENT OF ANNUAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 31 DECEMBER 2024
MAINLAND HOLD (01100.HK) plans to hold a Board of Directors meeting on March 26 to approve the annual performance.
On March 11, Gelonghui reported that MAINLAND HOLD (01100.HK) will hold a Board of Directors meeting on March 26, 2025 (Wednesday) at 10:30 AM to approve the annual results and its release for the company and its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, 2024, as well as to consider the payment of a final dividend (if applicable).
MAINLAND HOLD (01100.HK) profit warning: It is expected that the profit attributable to the owners of the company for 2024 will decrease by no less than 50% year-on-year.
On February 28, Gelonghui reported that MAINLAND HOLD (01100.HK) announced an expectation that the company's attributable comprehensive profit for the year ending December 31, 2024, will decrease by at least 50% compared to the same period in 2023. The reduction in profit is mainly due to the following factors: (1) The group's attributable profit during the interim period fell by 45.8% compared to the same period in 2023, primarily due to weak retail consumer confidence in the European and American markets, combined with key customers still digesting the large inventory accumulated before the previous year. In the second half of 2024, the group's trade business will continue to face weak retail consumer market conditions.
