(“the Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”) (stock code: 1115.HK), listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Limited (“Stock Exchange”) in 2011, is a leading high-end FMCG manufacturer in the Tibet Autonomous Region (“Tibet”) industry in the People's Republic of China (“China”). The Group's main business mainly includes two major segments of water and beer. The Group's Water Division's business area covers mainland China and Hong Kong markets. The Group's “Tibet 5100 Glacier Mineral Water” (“5100 Mineral Water”) water source is located in the Nianqing Tanggula Mountains, 5,100 meters above sea level. It is naturally pure. It is a rare lithium, strontium, and metasilicic acid composite mineral water source in China. It has not only won the title of China's high-quality mineral water source and Chinese geographical labeling protection product, but also won the Best Mineral Water Award at the World Bottled Water Conference. The Group has developed a variety of packaging and specifications for the 5100 mineral water series, including the Diamond Series, the Blue Cap Series, and the Family Soft Bottle Series equipped with an innovatively designed vacuum water dispenser. At the same time, the Group is also cooperating with two important strategic partners to deploy and integrate high-quality resources in the Tibetan aquaculture industry, including a joint venture with China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation (“Sinopec”) to produce “EasyJet Zhuomaquan” drinking natural water, which is already distributed throughout Sinopec gas station convenience stores; and another joint venture cooperating with CNPC (“CNPC”) to produce “Gesang Spring” drinking natural mineral water. The brand means “Tianci Happiness”. The product has gradually been sold at CNPC convenience stores. The Group expanded and acquired beer business in 2013. The “Tibet Barley Beer” produced and sold by the Group is made from high-quality plateau barley, brewed with unpolluted plateau spring water from Tibet using patented technology, and is also a high-end health drink with Tibetan characteristics.
