Gelonghui, November 25丨arts optical (01120.HK) announced that on November 25, 2024, the buyer (Arts Optic Property (M) Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned indirect subsidiary of the company) and the seller (WWRC Ingredients Sdn. Bhd., a company registered in Malaysia) entered into a sales agreement, under which the buyer agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell the property for a total purchase price of 12.88 million ringgit, equivalent to approximately 22.7976 million Hong Kong dollars. The property is individually owned.
