Jinyang New Energy Technology Holdings Limited (“Jinyang”) (formerly Baofeng Fashion International Holdings Limited) is an investment holding company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (stock code: 1121). In the early days, Jinyang's subsidiary Quanzhou Baofeng Shoes Co., Ltd. focused on manufacturing and selling footwear to original equipment manufacturer customers, as well as designing and producing its own Baoren and Baofeng brand slippers. The company began working on transformation a few years ago. In addition to completing the acquisition of graphene material technology technology, it also continued to selectively recruit scientists and R&D personnel. The company has successively applied graphene materials to products such as footwear and air sterilizers, upgrading the company's position from a traditional manufacturing company to a material technology company. After years of research and development efforts by the Group, new technology was successfully developed in September 2020 to manufacture high-efficiency intrinsic thin-layer heterojunction (“HJT”) batteries using monocrystalline ingot silicon wafers (conversion efficiency > 24.0%), and obtained the calibration certificate for HJT batteries manufactured by the Fujian Institute of Metrology (National Photovoltaic Industry Measurement and Testing Center) issued by the Fujian Institute of Metrology (National Photovoltaic Industry Measurement and Testing Center) in December 2020. The group also acquired the ingot furnace in January 2021 of the following year and officially started manufacturing monocrystalline ingot silicon wafers.
