On January 13, Gelonghui announced that COASTAL GL (01124.HK) entered into a land acquisition agreement with local authorities regarding the reclamation of land on December 23, 2024, (with a supplementary agreement dated January 10, 2025). According to the land acquisition agreement, Dalian Jinri Junjian Amusement Park (indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) must hand over the reclaimed land to local authorities, with cash compensation amounting to 0.109 billion yuan. The reclaimed land includes a plot located at Longwangmiao Village, Youyi Street, Jinzhou District, Dalian City, Liaoning Province, China (Plot number: 210102), total site area.
