We are the developer, owner and operator of Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau, two integrated casino resort resorts in Macau, China. Our resort is equipped with world-class hotel facilities, a variety of local and international restaurants, and a variety of unique entertainment options (most of which are free to the public). The integrated resorts we operate attract a wide range of customers and bring solid financial results. To attract and retain our customers, we design and continuously upgrade and refurbish our resorts to update and improve our resorts and provide our customers with a unique experience through a wide range of gaming and non-gaming facilities. We focus on human resources and employee training, demonstrating our commitment to providing our customers with a high level of luxury service and customer experience. We also use Wynn International Marketing, Ltd.'s international branches in Hong Kong, Singapore, Taiwan, Japan and the US to attract international customers. Wynn Palace Located in the Cotai region of Macau, Wynn Palace opened on August 22, 2016. Wynn Palace's features include: Covering an area of about 424,000 square feet of casino space, providing 24-hour gaming and a variety of gaming games, including private gaming rooms and Skyline Casino; Free public entertainment attractions, including an 8-acre performance lake, vivid floral art displays, and art displays; A luxury hotel with a total of 1,706 luxurious rooms, suites and villas; thirteen restaurants; A high-end brand-name retail store covering an area of approximately 106,000 square feet; Health and leisure facilities, including cable cars (“sightseeing cable cars”), fitness centers, spa and wellness centers, hair salons and swimming pools; and Approximately 37,000 square feet of meeting space. Wynn Macau Located on the Macau Peninsula, Wynn Macau opened to the public on September 6, 2006. Wynn Macau completed expansion projects in December 2007 and November 2009, adding more gaming venues and additional dining and retail facilities. Wanli of Wynn Macau is a further expansion of Wynn Macau and opened in April 2010, adding hotel accommodations and a wealth of gaming and non-gaming facilities. We have begun to transform the existing Wynn Club Casino gaming area in Wynn Macau. After completion of the renovation, the upgraded space will include approximately 40 midfield gaming tables, a renovated slot machine VIP area, two new restaurants and approximately 7,400 square feet of retail space, as well as improved pedestrian walkways. We expect to complete the gaming site optimization project and open a new restaurant in the third quarter of 2019, and open a new retail space in late 2019. Additionally, we plan to launch the Wanli Hotel Room Renovation Project in the second quarter of 2019. All 410 guest rooms in the hotel will be renovated and replaced with specially selected furniture and equipment. The project also includes upgrades to the room control system, entrance system and selected lighting equipment. Wanli Hotel's guest room renovation project will be completed in the fourth quarter of 2019. We estimate that the total budget for these two projects is approximately HK$0.9398 billion. Wynn Macau's features include: Covering an area of about 273,000 square feet of casino space, providing 24-hour gaming and a variety of gaming games, including private gaming rooms, Skyline Casino and poker areas; Free public entertainment attractions, including a round arched lobby with a characteristic ceiling with the theme of the Chinese Zodiac, a performance program with the theme of the gold “Lucky Tree” and “Fortune Dragon”, and a performance lake; 2 luxury hotels, with a total of 1,008 luxurious guest rooms and suites; eleven restaurants; A high-end, brand-name retail store covering an area of about 59,000 square feet; Wellness and leisure facilities, including 2 fitness centres and a spa wellness centre, a hair salon and a swimming pool; and Approximately 31,000 square feet of meeting space.
