Harbin Electric Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) is a reorganization of related enterprises such as the former Harbin Electric Motor Factory, the Harbin Boiler Factory, and the Harbin Steam Turbine Factory (the “Three Major Powers”). The Company is located in Harbin, China. It was incorporated on October 6, 1994, and traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 16, 1994, with the stock code “01133”. As at December 31, 2023, the total share capital of the Company was 2,236,276,000 shares, of which 675,571,000 H shares traded on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. Our company and its subsidiaries are one of the largest manufacturers of power generation equipment in China, with an annual production capacity of 30 million kilowatts of power generation equipment.
