A total of 17.256 million shares of placement shares (equivalent to approximately 7.7% of the issued share capital of the company post completion of the placing and the subsequent issuance of new shares) have been placed by the placing agent to not less than six (6) placees at the placing price of HK$1.51 per share in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement.

Suggest everyone who was trapped by the scammer don’t panic selling your shares and suffer loss.
