“CGN Mining Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), registered in the Cayman Islands, England, is a Hong Kong Main Board listed company with stock code HK1164. Currently, the company's main business is the development and trade of natural uranium resources used by nuclear energy companies. In 2011/8, China General Nuclear Power Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “CGN”) acquired 50.11% of the shares of the original Vio Group Holdings Co., Ltd., through its wholly-owned subsidiary, China Uranium Industry Development Co., Ltd., which is indirectly owned by it, and became the controlling shareholder of the Company. CGN is a wholly owned state-owned company established on September 29, 1994, in accordance with Chinese law.
