The Group's main business is printing business, property business, and securities investment business. The printing business includes the manufacture and sale of printed materials, including art books, packaging boxes and children's books, while the property business focuses on property investment in Hong Kong and the People's Republic of China (“China”). As far as property business is concerned, Rongtai Group has been investing in properties in Hong Kong and mainland China as long-term investments. In line with this business strategy, we will continue to acquire more investment properties and strengthen our property portfolio to further increase recurring revenue. Rongtai Group currently holds multiple investment property groups for cooperative leasing purposes, bringing stable income and cash inflows to the Group. For the investment business, the Group invests in diversified bond portfolios with a strong recurring revenue base. We will continue to monitor new investment opportunities to further expand the Group's revenue streams and maximize returns to its shareholders.
