On February 5, 2024, Siwei Electronics signed an equity transfer agreement with Chengdu Siwei Hi-Tech Industrial Park Co., Ltd. (a wholly-owned subsidiary of the 29th Research Institute of China Electronics Technology Group Corporation, a subsidiary of “Chengdu Siwei Hi-Tech”) to transfer its 136,000,000 domestic shares of the Company to Chengdu Siwei Hi-Tech free of charge, and Chengdu Siwei Hi-Tech became the controlling shareholder of the Company.
