BYD Raises HK$43.4 Billion Via Share Placement
BYD Company (01211.HK): Completed the placement of Listed in Hong Kong.
On March 11, Gelonghui reported that BYD Company Limited (01211.HK) announced that on March 11, 2025, the company successfully issued a total of 0.1298 billion new Listed in Hong Kong shares at a placement price of 335.2 Hong Kong dollars per share to no less than six underwriters (these and their ultimate beneficial owners are independent of the company, its related persons, any Director, Supervisor, senior executive, or major shareholder of the company or any of its subsidiaries, and their respective contacts and are unrelated third parties), accounting for approximately 10.57% of the enlarged total issued Listed in Hong Kong shares after the distribution and issuance.
Citi: Maintains LEAPMOTOR's "Buy" rating and raises the Target Price to 50.1 Hong Kong dollars.
Citi has released a Research Report stating that it maintains a "Buy" rating for LEAPMOTOR (09863), raising the Target Price from HKD 45.6 to HKD 50.1. The bank pointed out that LEAPMOTOR achieved profitability in the fourth quarter of last year, ahead of the previous target for profitability this fourth quarter. Additionally, LEAPMOTOR recently launched the Global Smart Long Range SUV B10, which includes five versions, targeting models such as Geely Galaxy E5, BYD Yuan UP, and Deepal S05, with a pre-sale price ranging between RMB 0.1098 million and RMB 0.1398 million. The bank expects B10's monthly sales to range from 8,000 to 10,000 vehicles due to its competitive pricing.
