Wanbaogang Group Co., Ltd. (formerly “Wanbaogang Electronics Company”) was founded in 1983 by Hong Jianfeng (Measure), Ms. Yang Minyi (Beryl), Mr. Hong Yingfeng and Mr. Yang Guoliang (Allix). It initially engaged in the retail and wholesale business of electronic parts and computers locally and overseas. On May 7, 2001, Wan Baogang Group was listed on the Joint Library, No. 1213. We have continuously (2007 to 2018) been awarded the Business Show Caring Logo planned by the Federation of Social Service to recognize our corporate social responsibility in “being willing to donate to communities,” “supporting the employment of disadvantaged groups,” “caring for employees,” and “caring for the environment.” After years of operation and development, we are mainly engaged in the following three core businesses: Electronic trading business — wholesale and distribution of electronic components to local and overseas customers. Computer business - (1) Mainly engaged in the retail business of computer peripherals and smartphone accessories (2) APower mainly distributes computer products and electronic products. Cosmetics retail business — sells Korean cosmetics and skin care products, and has 10 branches. Electronic trade business Our electronic trading business started in 1983. Our products include electronic parts, automation components and instruments. After years of expansion, we have established subsidiaries in different regions, such as South Africa and Portugal, which are operated by our executive director, Mr. Manuel Arnaldo de Sousa Moutinho. We have established a diverse customer network and channels connecting the Asia-Pacific region and Africa. Computer business Our computer business generally comes from two divisions, which include the distribution of electronic and digital products and the provision of IT solutions and maintenance services. Cosmetics retail business Since 2012, we have established our cosmetics retail business to achieve synergy with other existing businesses. After two years of operation, it has sold more than 150 approved Korean cosmetics and skincare brands. The 10 retail stores are located in shopping malls and residential areas in more than 10 regions of Hong Kong. It is operated by Mr. Hong Yingfeng, executive director of Wan Baogang, and Ms. Hong Lelin, director of business development. They are responsible for store operation and product management respectively.
