C C LAND (01224.HK) annual comprehensive income of 0.508 billion Hong Kong dollars, an approximate increase of 7.5% year-on-year.
On March 24, Gelonghui reported that C C LAND (01224.HK) announced that for the year ending December 31, 2024, the group recorded consolidated revenue of 508.3 million Hong Kong dollars, an increase of approximately 7.5% year-on-year. The group's loss for this year was 617.9 million Hong Kong dollars (2023: 1,937.2 million Hong Kong dollars). The significant reduction in loss this year was primarily due to the fair value gain of approximately 308.8 million Hong Kong dollars generated from the revaluation of the group's investment properties located in the United Kingdom as of December 31, 2024, compared to a fair value loss of 2 billion Hong Kong dollars last year, although part of the gain was offset by the group.
