Glory Exchange April 17丨NIRAKU (01245.HK) announced that on April 17, 2025, the buyer (a non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a sales agreement with the seller (an independent third party) to acquire land and buildings located in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture, Japan for a total price of approximately 19 million Hong Kong dollars. The buyer is acquiring from the seller (i) land located in Shizukuishi Town, Iwate Prefecture, including 20 independent parcels with a total area of about 7,192.21 square meters; and (ii) the building on the land, which is a 10-story hotel building with a total floor area of approximately 9,514.43 square meters.
