On November 27, Glonghui reported that hk finance gp (01273.HK) announced that for the six months ending September 30, 2024, the group's overall financial performance grew steadily, with interest income reaching 83 million HKD, despite the company incurring additional receivables from loans and interest as well as impairment provisions for recovered assets totaling 10.6 million HKD. The shareholder's profit attributable to the company reached 24.4 million HKD, an increase of 17.9%. The mortgage loan business secured by properties remains the main source of the group's revenue, accounting for approximately 67.6% of the total income during this period. Interest income from mortgage loans secured by properties increased by 18.9% to 5.
