After resigning as an executive director on October 10, 2024, Mr. Wong will no longer hold the positions of chairman of the board of directors, chief executive officer of the company, chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, chairman of the company's strategic committee, and chairman of the company's investment committee. The board of directors further announced that (i) Mr. Zhang Chi has been appointed as acting chairman of the board of directors, acting chairman of the nomination committee, member of the remuneration committee, acting chairman of the strategic committee, and acting chairman of the investment committee.
