On January 16, Gelonghui reported that CMA LOGISTICS (01292.HK) announced that on January 16, 2025, the company, Minsheng Shipping (Thailand), and CTI signed a joint venture agreement, in which the parties agreed to establish a joint venture company. According to the joint venture agreement, the registered capital of the joint venture company is equivalent to 30 million yuan in Thai baht. The company, Minsheng Shipping (Thailand), and CTI will contribute 13.2 million yuan equivalent in Thai baht, 9 million yuan equivalent in Thai baht, and 7.8 million yuan equivalent in Thai baht respectively. The contributions will be made in Thai baht equivalent to the amounts committed in yuan by the contracting parties under the joint venture agreement.
