Junzhi Group Co., Ltd. and its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group”) is one of the major manufacturers in the People's Republic of China (“China”) that researches, develops and sells feeder series, optical cable series and related products, flame retardant flexible cable series, new electronic components and other accessories for mobile communications and telecommunication transmission. The establishment of the Group is based on a solid foundation for its professional production and sale of feeder series. Since its establishment, the Group has been committed to expanding its market and customer base in the telecommunications industry. In 2010, the Group introduced a new product series - flame retardant flexible cable series, which was widely welcomed by customers. In 2014, the Group expanded its telecommunication industry business to manufacturing and selling optical cables by increasing its holdings of rapidly growing optical cable manufacturer Jiangsu Junzhi Optoelectronic Communication Co., Ltd. by increasing its holdings in the rapidly growing optical cable manufacturer Jiangsu Junzhi Optoelectronic Communication Co., Ltd. The Group acquired the remaining interests in 2017. In 2018, the Group seized the opportunity of the booming sensing business and acquired the 87.5% actual interest of Jiangsu Junzhi Sensor Technology Co., Ltd. (“Junzhi Sensing”). In addition to the 12.5% actual interest already owned by the Group, Junzhi Sensing became a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Group. The Group's registered trademark “Trigiant Technology” is famous in the industry and has been recognized as a “famous trademark in China” by the Trademark Office of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce of China. The Group's main customers include the three major telecom operators China Mobile Communications Group Corporation (“China Mobile”), China United Network Communications Limited (“China Unicom”) and China Telecom Group Corporation (“China Telecom”), as well as China Tower Corporation (“China Tower”) and major telecommunications equipment manufacturers (such as Shenzhen ZTE Kangxun Electronics Co., Ltd. and Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of ZTE Corporation).
