The Hong Kong Broadband Group is a leading provider of integrated telecommunications and technology solutions. It is headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and operates across Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, mainland China, and Macau, China. Through the three major brands of Hong Kong Broadband, Hong Kong Broadband Enterprise Solution and JOS, the Group provides a full range of one-stop high-quality information and communication technology (ICT) solutions for the corporate and residential markets, including broadband, data connectivity, Wi-Fi management services, integrated cloud solutions, information security, mobile communications, voice communication, digital solutions, Internet of Things, big data, enterprise applications, data center facilities, business continuity, system integration and OTT entertainment. In 2013, we acquired Y5Zone to further expand our Wi-Fi business. In 2016, we acquired the telecommunications business of New World Telephone Holdings Limited, effectively expanding our business development in the enterprise solutions market. Afterwards, we acquired ICG in 2018 to build a strong cloud systems integration team. In 2019, we merged with Huigang Telecom and acquired JOS, a leading system integration service provider and technology consultant. Through these mergers and acquisitions, we have transformed from a telecommunications company to a leading integrated telecommunications and technology solutions provider, serving customers in the Asian market.
