Yang Mingyi, Senior Associate Director of the Central China Real Estate Research Department, mentioned that in November this year, the overall number of property sale contracts registered in Hong Kong (including residences, parking spaces, and commercial properties) reached 7,678, with a total value of 64.073 billion yuan, rising by 31.1% and 53.8% respectively compared to October, achieving nearly a 7-month high in both number and value since April this year.
