Mapleleaf Edu Subsidiary is expected to receive up to 0.28 billion new dollars in regular loan financing.
Mapleleaf Edu (01317) announced that on July 22, 2024, its indirect subsidiary CIS Pte Ltd (as borrower) and the lender (as lender) (including) entered into a term loan financing agreement, under which the lender agreed to provide a total of up to 0.28 billion Singapore dollars (approximately 1.626 billion Hong Kong dollars) of term loan financing, with the final maturity date being the fifth anniversary of the date of the term loan financing agreement. The proceeds from the term loan financing will be used for the full refinancing of the Group's existing debt (including the outstanding amount under the transitional term loan financing agreement and related amounts).

On June 3, Gelonhui announced that since the 2020/2021 academic year, the Maple Leaf World School curriculum has been widely recognized by universities in China and abroad. ECCTIS has completed a comprehensive review of the entry requirements, study hours, structure, content, learning mode, student assessment, learning outcomes, and graduation (diploma) standards for grades 10-12 in the Maple Leaf World School curriculum. ECCTIS has compared the Maple Leaf World School curriculum with 10-12 grade curricula and diploma standards in the United Kingdom, Canada (British Columbia), and the United States (New York State).
