Ruichang International Holdings Co., Ltd. is a petroleum refining and petrochemical equipment manufacturer headquartered in Henan Province, China. It is mainly engaged in the manufacture and sale of petroleum refining and petrochemical equipment. Our products are customized according to customer specifications and requirements. Based on contracts, they are divided into four product categories, namely (i) sulfur recovery equipment and volatile organic compound incineration equipment; (ii) catalytic cracking equipment; (iii) process burners; and (iv) heat exchangers, including their related components, which are provided to our downstream customers in China. The Group also provides customers with installation services for the equipment and/or ancillary facilities we produce, such as electrical installation engineering and mechanical installation engineering. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, in terms of revenue in 2023, we are the third-largest manufacturer of catalytic cracking equipment in China's petroleum refining and petrochemical operations, with a market share of about 7.6%; in terms of earnings in 2023, we are also the second-largest manufacturer of sulfur recovery equipment and volatile organic compounds incineration equipment operated by CNPC refining and petrochemical, with a market share of about 3.4%. Our customers mainly include market players in China's petroleum refining and petrochemical industries, which can be further divided into production facility owners; third party contractors; manufacturers and others. Established in 1994, we have established and maintained strong and stable relationships with well-known customers in the industry, including subsidiaries and branches of China's three largest petroleum refining and petrochemical groups; and one of the largest EPC (engineering, procurement and construction) contractors in the Chinese industry. The Group's business relationships with the five major customers range from 2 to 29 years.
