HAO TIAN INTL (01341.HK) and Jiangsu Lettall Electronic have signed a Global Strategy framework agreement to expand AI computing power resources and 5G Big Data related Business.

On February 7, Gelonghui reported that HAO TIAN INTL (01341.HK) announced that on February 7, 2025, the company signed a non-legally binding strategic cooperation framework agreement with Jiangsu Lettall Electronic Co., Ltd. ("Lettall Electronic") regarding possible strategic cooperation in the field of AI computing power. Both parties intend to establish a joint venture, with business activities including but not limited to the development of AI computing power resources and 5G Big Data related businesses in Southeast Asia, which includes but is not limited to computing power services, related technical consulting, business planning, Logistics, trade, and more. This also includes activities in Malaysia and/or Singapore.
