CHINAHONGQIAO (01378.HK): Shandong Hontron Aluminum Industry Holding is planning to acquire all the shares of Hongtuo Industrial.
On December 23, Gelonghui reported that CHINAHONGQIAO (01378.HK) announced on December 20, 2024, that the company's indirect subsidiary ShanDong Weiqiao Aluminum Power Co., Ltd. ("Weiqiao Aluminum Power") signed a "Share Issuance Agreement to Purchase Assets" with the company's indirect subsidiary Shandong Hontron Aluminum Industry Holding Co., Ltd. (Hontron Holding (002379.SZ), in which the company indirectly Holds approximately 22.65% of the shares). Hontron Holding is planning to acquire all the equity of ShanDong Hongtuo Industrial Co., Ltd. ("Hongtuo Industrial") to issue new shares to the existing shareholders of Hongtuo Industrial, including Weiqiao Aluminum Power.
