On February 12, Gelonghui reported that CLARITY MEDICAL (01406.HK) announced that on February 5, 2025, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Shangfang Limited ("Shangfang"), as the plaintiff, issued a summons against (i) WIT Limited (trading as "Xie Wei Ye Eye Specialty Center"), controlled by Executive Director Xie Wei Ye (Summons No. HCA 0198/2025); and (ii) a summons issued by Xie Wei Ye (Summons No. DCCJ 0676/2025) (collectively referred to as the "Summons"). The company has been informed by Executive Director and Shangfang Director Lu Zikang about the contents of this announcement.
