We are a reputable formwork subcontractor in Hong Kong with a history of over 20 years. The Group occupies a stable position in the formwork engineering industry in Hong Kong and positions itself as one of the main subcontractors. Mr. Leung Yam Cheung, Chairman of the Group, has accumulated more than 30 years of experience in the formwork engineering industry and began working as a template engineering apprentice in Hong Kong in the late 1970s. Drawing on his experience in the formwork engineering industry, Tianmei started business in 1998 with the aim of providing formwork engineering services exclusively as a subcontractor in Hong Kong. Under Mr. Leung's leadership, our formwork engineering business achieved steady growth and success. Over the past few years, Mr. Leung registered the Group's other two major operating subsidiaries, Tianmei Brothers and Jianli on October 9, 2008 and March 23, 2015, respectively, to further expand the Group's engineering capabilities and thereby enhance its position in the Hong Kong formwork engineering industry. As far as this is concerned, Tianmei Brothers also specializes in providing formwork engineering services as a subcontractor in Hong Kong. Furthermore, through the operation of Jianli, which owns our metal scaffolding equipment and related parts, we have reduced our dependence on third party suppliers for leasing metal scaffolding equipment, thus allowing us to better and more flexibly control costs and project schedule.
