Yuanecological Animal Husbandry Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese dairy cattle animal husbandry company dedicated to producing ultra-high quality raw milk. Our four ranches are located in Heilongjiang and Jilin provinces in China. As of December 31, 2013, a total of 40,396 dairy cows were raised, and the total sales volume of fresh milk throughout the year was about 0.184 million tons. In 2013, dairy cows on all our farms produced an average of 9.0 tons of milk per year, which is about 64% higher than the industry average. With our management expertise, we have the ability to standardize operating procedures such as breeding, feed management, and designing a comfortable living environment for dairy cows. We can consistently produce raw milk that exceeds EU raw milk quality standards (which is one of the highest industry standards for raw milk and other dairy products in the world) and sell our raw milk at a high price. In 2013, the average price of our raw milk reached about RMB 4,795 per ton, which is about 33% higher than the average price of raw milk in major production regions in China.
