China Shengmu Organic Dairy Co., Ltd. (the "Company" or "China Shengmu," together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") has successfully established a closed-loop ecological industrial model of "desert oasis plus organic farming and animal husbandry." As of June 30, 2025, for the six-month period under review (the "Reporting Period"), the Group operated 34 dairy farms, including organic milk farms, DHA milk farms, organic A2 milk farms, and standard high-quality raw milk farms, with a total dairy cow herd of 144,000 and a daily fresh milk production of approximately 2,169 metric tons, thereby achieving an annual production capacity of 600,000 metric tons of eco-friendly organic raw milk. Centered on the Ulan Buh Desert, China Shengmu is steadfastly pursuing high-quality development guided by ecological priority and green sustainability. The Company has transformed 350,000 mu of desert into premium pastureland, planted over 98 million sand-fixing trees to create a robust windbreak barrier, and turned 220 square kilometers of desert into oases, turning what was once millennia-old yellow sand into an ecological and organic paradise. Shengmu has significantly increased its investment in ecological infrastructure, strengthening the foundation of its industrial environment: it has constructed 193.3 kilometers of roads, laid 277.9 kilometers of power lines, built 11 water storage reservoirs, nine organic manure fermentation plants, and one bio-organic fertilizer processing plant in the desert. China Shengmu has been recognized by the United Nations Global Compact as a best-practice enterprise in the category of "Sustainable Production and Consumption." Its flagship organic milk brand once again won the Gold Award at the 17th Asia International Organic Products Expo. With 15 years of dedicated focus on organic dairy production in the desert, the Group's advocacy of the "natural, slow-raising" organic philosophy has resonated strongly throughout the industry. The Group firmly believes that high-quality milk originates from nature's finest sources, and that "slow-raising soil," "slow-raising grass," and "slow-raising cows" are the key factors behind the success of Shengmu's organic milk.
