School Overview/School Profile Heilongjiang Business School (formerly Chengdong College of Northeast Agricultural University) is a private independent college established with the approval of the Heilongjiang Provincial People's Government in May 2002 and officially registered with the Ministry of Education in February 2004. In 2011, all the education and teaching resources of the Limin Campus of the former Heilongjiang University of Science and Technology were integrated into Chengdong University, greatly improving the school's comprehensive operating strength and core competitiveness. In 2015, with the approval of the Ministry of Education (Teacher Letter [2015] No. 81), the school changed its name to Heilongjiang Business School, with the identification code 4123013300.
