On December 13, Gelonghui reported that FOURACE IND GP (01455.HK) announced the resignation of PricewaterhouseCoopers as the company's auditor, effective December 13, 2024. Furthermore, it was announced that based on the recommendation of the audit committee, ShineWing (Hong Kong) CPA Limited has been appointed as the company's auditor, effective December 13, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by PricewaterhouseCoopers' resignation. ShineWing's term will last until the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.

On November 27, Gelonghui reported that fourace ind gp (01455.HK) announced that for the six months ending September 30, 2024 (“the first half of 2025”), revenue increased by 23.2% year-on-year to 0.155 billion HKD; gross profit increased by 14.0% to 52 million HKD; profit attributable to shareholders increased by 25.1% to 22.9 million HKD, with earnings per share of 1.8 HK cents. The increase in revenue during this period was mainly due to the increase in sales of hair products to the usa market.
