Established in 1992, the Group provides IT consulting services to Hong Kong and overseas companies, covering industries including finance, banking, government departments, telecommunications, distribution, retail, manufacturing, logistics and media. Since the establishment of Yanko IT in 1995, our business has rapidly grown and begun to provide IT application and solution development services. The business has further expanded to include secondment services, maintenance and support services, and IT infrastructure solutions. Until 2009, the Group also entered China and carried out IT programming solution development and application implementation business in China. The Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange GEM on March 18, 2015 (stock code: 8140). *According to the Ipsos report, there were about 12,035 service providers in Hong Kong, China in 2013. Most of them participated in IT integration solution services, and about 80% of them had fewer than 20 employees. The local IT services and solutions industry is fiercely competitive and has scattered local and foreign service providers. Competition mainly focuses on brand, reputation, customer relationships and scope of market services. The Group has been involved in the IT solutions and services industry for more than 20 years and has become one of the top five IT solution and service providers in Hong Kong. In 2013, the top five service providers accounted for 4.9% of total market revenue. As the fourth largest IT service and solution provider in Hong Kong, China, we already accounted for 0.4% of that revenue. According to the Ipsos report, new players have set a threshold for entering the IT services and solutions industry in Hong Kong, China, including partnerships with well-known hardware/software manufacturers and a lack of skilled personnel.
