It wholly owns Zhongtai Huirong Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Luzheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Luzheng International Holdings Co., Ltd., and also relies on branches of Zhongtai Securities all over the country to form a nationwide service network. The company's business scope includes commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting and asset management. It has seats in the China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Shanghai International Energy Trading Center Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Futures Exchange. It is a comprehensive settlement member of the China Financial Futures Exchange, a governing unit for the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th sessions of the China Futures Industry Association and the chairman unit of the Shandong Futures Industry Association.
