The company is headquartered in Jinan, Shandong, with a registered capital of 1,01.9 billion yuan, 13 branches, 18 sales departments, and more than 700 employees. It is wholly owned by Zhongtai Huirong Capital Investment Co., Ltd., Luzheng Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Luzheng International Holdings Co., Ltd. At the same time, it has formed a service network covering the whole country by relying on branches of Zhongtai Securities all over the country. The company's business scope includes commodity futures brokerage, financial futures brokerage, futures investment consulting and asset management. It has seats in the China Financial Futures Exchange, Shanghai Futures Exchange, Dalian Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Shanghai International Energy Trading Center Co., Ltd., and Guangzhou Futures Exchange. It is a full settlement member of the China Financial Futures Exchange. It is a member of the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th board of directors of the China Futures Industry Association and the chairman unit of the Shandong Futures Association.
