Kingkey Financial International (01468.HK) plans to carry out a 2-for-1 rights issue to raise approximately 0.54 billion Hong Kong dollars.
On October 18, Kingkey Fin Int (01468.HK) announced that the company proposes to issue new shares through a rights issue, with a basis of one (1) new share for every two (2) shares held at the close of business on the record date. A maximum of 596,250,787 new shares will be issued at a subscription price of HK$0.91 per new share, raising approximately HK$0.54 billion in total proceeds (before expenses deduction). The rights issue is only available for eligible shareholders and will not be offered to ineligible shareholders (if any). The subscription price for the new shares is HK$0.91 per new share, the shares will be listed on the last trading day on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong.
