Zhongmiao Holdings (Qingdao) Co., Ltd. is an insurance agency service provider in Shandong Province, China. It is committed to distributing various insurance products to business and family insurance users, covering (i) property insurance products; (ii) life and health insurance products; (iii) accident insurance products; and (iv) auto insurance products. We work with various industry players, including insurance company partners (for our customers), insurance agents, and strategic channel partners) to promote and distribute insurance products from insurance company partners to corporate and family insurance users. Using our sales channels, we promote and distribute insurance products underwritten by insurance companies to insurance users, and collect commissions from insurance companies after insurance users successfully purchase the insurance company's insurance products. Through our comprehensive understanding of insurance product portfolios and in-depth understanding and analysis of risk combinations in different situations, we can provide insurance solutions to insurance users according to their specific needs and risk exposures, and recommend different existing insurance product portfolios and different premium rates provided by insurance company partners to maximize insurance claim coverage in a cost-effective manner. We provide insurance knowledge, training, and IT support to insurance agents to enable them to distribute insurance products to our insurance users. As an extension of the insurance agency business, we also provide IT services and consulting services to various participants (including insurance companies, insurance intermediaries and other companies from different industries).
