On March 25, Gelonghui reported that CR MEDICAL (01515.HK) announced that for the year ending December 31, 2024, the Group achieved a consolidated revenue of 9.855 billion yuan (2023 fiscal year: 10.108 billion yuan), while the profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders for the reporting period was 0.566 billion yuan, an increase of 119.6% year-on-year, with earnings per share of 0.45 yuan. The Board of Directors proposed a final dividend of 8.2 cents per share for the 2024 fiscal year. As of December 31, 2024, the Group has operations in 10 provinces and cities in China.
