Gelonghui, April 22 - TENGY ENV (01527.HK) announced that on April 22, 2025, Feng Juji and Li Jiannan have each resigned from the position of independent non-executive Director, effective after the conclusion of the current Shareholder annual general meeting, to allow them to devote more time to personal matters.

TENGY ENV (01527.HK) expects its annual net profit to rise to approximately 84.6 million yuan.
On March 14, Glonghui announced that TENGY ENV (01527.HK) expects net profit for the year ending December 31, 2024, to rise to approximately RMB 84.6 million, compared to a net profit of about RMB 42.7 million for the year ending December 31, 2023. The Board of Directors believes that the growth in net profit is primarily based on the following factors: (i) a decrease in the price of raw material Steel; (ii) most contracts during the year are large projects, in which the company has strong competitiveness and has successfully secured a higher profit margin; and (iii) part of the increase in net profit is offset by an increase in administrative expenses.
TENGY ENV (01527.HK) will hold a Board of Directors meeting on March 28 to approve the annual performance.
Gelonghui reported on March 3 that TENGY ENV (01527.HK) announced that the Board of Directors will hold a meeting on March 28, 2025, to discuss, review, and approve the publication of the audited annual performance of the company and its subsidiaries for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024; (ii) to review and declare the payment of final dividends (if any).
