Gelonghui, November 19th - China Partytime (01532.HK) announced that on November 19, 2024, the seller (that is, the company's indirect wholly-owned subsidiary) entered into an equity transfer agreement with the buyer and the target company. According to the equity transfer agreement, the seller conditionally agrees to sell, while the buyer conditionally agrees to purchase the sale capital (equivalent to all the equity of the target company Zhejiang Zhongpai Enterprise Management Co., Ltd.), at a price of 80 million yuan.
