As of December 31, 2014, we are China's leading independent property management company1. According to the China Index Research Institute, we ranked third among independent property management companies in China in 2013 with our comprehensive strength, and ranked ninth 2 in the 2014 “China Top 100 Property Service Companies” ranking compiled by the China Real Estate Top 10 Research Group and the China Index Research Institute. Furthermore, our recently developed O2O platform is also one of our strategic priorities, and it is expected that it will be the main driving force for our future growth. As of May 31, 2015, our total contract managed floor area was 33 million square meters, involving 159 properties, including 10.8 million square meters of undelivered floor area. During the track record period, we generated revenue by providing property management services and co-marketing services under our two lines of business. The table below details our line of business. Property management business line Under this business line, we mainly provide diversified property management services (usually residential properties) for property developers and owners. The services we provide in this line of business include standard property management services, ancillary services and consulting services. Co-marketing business line Under this line of business, we provide cleaning, security and maintenance for property developers' demonstration units and sales centers, and provide general support to facilitate the property sales process. 1. According to the China Index Research Institute, as of December 31, 2014, our total contract management floor area was 31.4 million square meters, compared to the average of the top ten independent property management companies in the “China Top 100 Property Service Companies” list of 25 million square meters. 2. The China Index Research Institute compiles the ranking of the “China Top 100 Property Service Companies” every year, based on the previous year's data voluntarily provided by various property management companies. In 2015, we did not provide 2014 data to the China Index Research Institute, so we were not included in the 2015 rankings. According to the China Index Research Institute, in terms of overall strength, the number of independent property management companies remained stable at 18%, 19%, 20% and 19% in 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, respectively.
