Hong Kong Property: In March, the number of Residence registrations in Hong Kong is expected to reach 5,000 cases, setting a new four-month high.
As of the 24th of this month, Hong Kong's Residence properties (including first-hand private housing, second-hand private housing, and second-hand public housing) have recorded 3,974 registrations.
ZHONG AO HOME (01538.HK) expects net profit to increase by approximately 10% in the fiscal year 2024.
Glory Financial reported on March 24 that ZHONG AO HOME (01538.HK) expects to record (i) a net profit of approximately RMB 92 million for the fiscal year 2024, an increase of about 10% compared to the net profit of approximately RMB 84 million in the previous year; and (ii) a profit attributable to the company's owners of approximately RMB 89 million for the fiscal year 2024, an increase of about 11% compared to the profit attributable to the company's owners of approximately RMB 80 million in the previous year. The increase in net profit and the profit attributable to the company's owners is mainly attributed to (i) an increase in revenue and gross profit; and (ii) a decrease in the net amount of impairment losses recognized on financial assets.
