We are a one-stop printing solutions and service provider based in Australia. Our printing processes and services cover printing solution consulting, production planning and arrangement, pre-press, offset printing, digital printing, post-press, quality inspection, packaging and delivery. Our printed products include (i) reader-friendly books; (ii) government prints; (iii) educational books with short delivery times; and (iv) catalogues, operating manuals and leaflets. We also provide print-related services such as warehousing and direct mail, hotline services and ancillary services through our proprietary IPALM platform. In order to provide better customer service through the effective use of technology, the company focuses on the continuous development of its IPALM products so that we can provide customers with a wide range of electronic services to enhance the customer (or their end user customer's) experience, supply chain management and/or business. The IPALM system is a proprietary technology developed in-house to provide customers with supply chain and process automation services, enabling customers to more effectively manage production processes and their supply chains. OPUS was founded in 1983. However, our history can be traced back to 1967 when Union Offset (acquired by OPUS in 2009) was founded. Since then, the Group has continued to grow through the acquisition (and sale) of different print-related businesses located in Australia, New Zealand and Singapore. Following OPUS listing on the Australian Stock Exchange in 2012, the Group has carried out a series of restructuring and currently concentrates on three production facilities to provide one-stop printing solutions and services, namely CanPrint facility, Ligare facility and MPG facility. According to the Frost & Sullivan report, based on 2017 earnings, we are (i) the largest government branch printing service provider in the Australian commercial printing industry as a whole (the fifth largest in the Australian printing industry as a whole); and (ii) the largest printing service provider for the Australian book printing industry.
