The Group was founded in 1994. We carry out a wide range of foundation works, including (i) piling construction (such as drilling piles, impact I-piles, rock-embedded I-posts, miniature piles and board piles) and other supporting services (such as ELS engineering, site leveling and pile cap construction); and (ii) drilling and site exploration. According to the Ipsos report, the Group's market shares for the years ending December 31, 2012 and December 31, 2014 were about 4.6%, 5.7% and 6.3% respectively, and ranked fourth in the Hong Kong piling and construction industry in terms of revenue generated during the entire period. We are registered specialist contractors for foundation works, site exploration works and site leveling works categories with the Buildings Department, and are registered in the Register of Approved Specialist Contractors for Land Piling (Group II) and Site Exploration Projects (Group II) categories stored by the Works Division. We have also been approved by the Housing Authority to be included in the register of piling contractors in the categories “large diameter drilling piles”, “impact piling” and “site exploration works”.
