Pan Asia Data to Sell Loss-Making Subsidiary
PAN ASIA DATA H (01561.HK) sells a subsidiary.
On March 27, Glonghui announced that PAN ASIA DATA H (01561.HK) entered into a sales agreement with the buyer Timenew Limited on March 27, 2025, whereby the company conditionally agreed to sell, and the buyer conditionally agreed to purchase the shares equivalent to the entire issued share capital of the target company Pan Asia Data (BVI) Inc, for a price of 1 Hong Kong dollar. Upon completion, the company will no longer hold any issued share capital of the target company, and the target company will no longer be a subsidiary of the company. Therefore, the financial performance of the target group will no longer be consolidated.
