The Group is a Chinese multimedia animation and entertainment group, focusing on three major business divisions: 1) Expand the world's No. 1 indoor theme amusement park - CA SEGA JOYPOLIS (CA SEGA JOYPOLIS) brand through an asset-light licensing model; 2) Animation derivative product trading business, and develop IP online trendy gaming platform business on this basis; 3) Multimedia animation entertainment business focusing on animation IP and VR (including e-sports). Huaxia Sega Metropolis Park CA SEGA JOYPOLIS (formerly “SEGA JOYPOLIS”) is the world's No. 1 indoor theme amusement park brand acquired by the Group from SEGA Holdings in 2017. Using an asset-light licensing model, the Group works with different business partners to expand the strategic layout of the theme amusement park brand. Currently, the Group operates large-scale CA SEGA JoyPolis in Shanghai, China, and Tokyo and Sendai, Japan, and operates or authorizes the Wonder Forest children's amusement park business in Tier 1 and 2 cities in China. The Group has more than 30 years of experience in the IP trendy game industry (mainly in the fashion game product manufacturing business), and is engaged in the trading business of selling anime derivatives (mainly toys) of various well-known animation characters from third parties and related value-added services. Most of the Group's customers are Japanese companies that purchase anime-derived products for toy companies in the Japanese market for Japan's leading outdoor themed amusement parks, and toy distributors from other countries with branches in Japan. The Group maintains good long-term relationships with them. The Group has gathered many years of experience, resources and reputation in the animation industry to fully develop the IP trendy online platform business. The Group has a number of famous anime IPs, including the top ten cartoon characters in the country, Hanbako Turtle and Ziyan Violet, as well as movie and animation images such as Egg Project, Animal Environment Conference, and Magical Youyou. China's first virtual idol “Ziyan Violet”, created by the Group, has held multiple 3D holographic concerts in Shenzhen and Hong Kong since 2015. The Group also works closely with many of the world's biggest brand IPs (such as American Transformers, SONIC Sonic Mouse, D, etc.), and has also invested in the production of the anime series “The Reflection” with world-renowned partners such as Studio Deen in Japan and Stanley, the father of Marvel, and has broadcast it in more than 38 countries and regions.
