Minsheng Education Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”), along with its subsidiaries (collectively, the “Group” or “we”), is one of the largest private higher education providers in China. As of December 31, 2018, the total number of students enrolled in the Group was 65,496, and a total of 4,353 employees were employed. As of December 31, 2018, the Group owns and operates 10 schools in the People's Republic of China (“China”), 6 of which are universities, namely Chongqing University of Humanities and Technology, Yunnan University Dianchi College, Chongqing Gongshang University Pais College, Chongqing Applied Technology Vocational College, Inner Mongolia Fengzhou Vocational College (Qingcheng Branch), and Chongqing Telecom Vocational College; 2 of these are secondary vocational schools, namely Leling Minsheng Vocational Secondary Professional School and Leling City Vocational Secondary School operated according to commissioned management arrangements; and 2 of them are high schools, namely Shouguanghai Bohai Experimental School and Minsheng Education School Group Affiliated to Leling High School. Through these schools, the Group mainly provides higher education, including undergraduate education and tertiary education.
